Consultation
During an initial consultation, we focus on understanding the client’s vision, goals, and requirements for their shopfitting project. We start by discussing their business needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
This session also involves sharing our expertise, offering tailored suggestions, and addressing any questions or concerns they might have. By fostering open communication and providing professional guidance, we aim to build trust and establish a strong foundation for a successful collaboration.


Design
Our skilled CAD design team plays a pivotal role in enhancing your concept, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to specifications. Through close collaboration, we refine and optimize your design to guarantee both feasibility and functionality.
Using cutting-edge software, our team generates precise and comprehensive plans for every manufactured component, maintaining control over production for consistency and quality. Estimation
After receiving the drawings from your architect, designer, or in-house store development team, we initiate the process by developing an optimized pricing strategy, utilizing our expertise and trusted supplier and contractor network.
At this stage, we work within your budget guidelines, prepare tender documentation if needed, and address consents and local body requirements early to avoid delays. Any design or specification queries are resolved during the estimating phase, ensuring accurate material and service projections that align with the project's timeline.


Production
In our joinery factory, a dedicated Joinery Project Manager oversees the production of joinery units, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. The entire process is tracked through our internal job monitoring system, while skilled cabinet makers and machine operators craft units with precision and functionality.
For projects requiring a paint finish, our spray booth team delivers results to the specified standard. Production is guided by a structured timeline to ensure timely completion and a seamless workflow.


Management
After a project is awarded, the implementation phase begins with the assignment of a dedicated Project Manager and collaboration with our internal Quantity Surveying team.
The next step involves engaging trades, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and finalizing the procurement of long-lead or customized items to prevent delays in the project timeline. From initial demolition or de-fitting through to construction, installation, and merchandising, the team carefully monitors each stage, ensuring adherence to the design, brand specifications, cost management, and timely delivery of the completed project.


Installation
Omega6ix Ltd specializes in transforming spaces with precision and expertise during the shopfitting installation process. Their vastly experienced LBP-registered builders handle tasks such as installing shelving, counters, and furniture, setting up lighting and signage, and integrating essential systems like electrical and plumbing. They ensure every project meets safety and quality standards while addressing on-site challenges to deliver a seamless, functional, and visually appealing space tailored to client specifications
